Once Your Highlight Reel is Published
- In 3 Business days or less, we will email a download link. If you can't find the link, check your spam folder. If you don't see it after 3 BUSINESS days and you don't see it in your spam folder, contact us and we will figure out where the link went and make sure you get it. (Always allow up to 5 Business days if you add-on Music, Google Fly-In or Instagram Version)
- The finished file will be: 1080p (1920x1080) H.264 .MP4
- All finished files will be delivered by private access digital download link. You and anyone you share the link with will be the only ones who can download the files.
- As an added bonus, in addition to your 1080p finished video, you will have access to your finished video in the following sizes just in case you need a smaller, optimized file for your project; 720p, 540p, 360p & 240p)

The files you download and keep will not have our logo or branding anywhere on them, giving you the freedom to mark up and resell to your clients if you wish to.
Loop-able
Once we capture your highlight reel, we edit it in such a way that if you were to play it back in a presentation (as a background video for a trade show or presentation for example) and you set your presentation software to continuously loop the video, it would loop seamlessly.
Enhanced
We don't just screen cap your tour with "ice cream", "Screenshot" or "OBS" or any of the other screen capture technologies and then send you a file, we have developed a unique method of generating a frame accurate replica of your highlight reel and then, once we have the video file ready to edit, we apply our proprietary effects to enhance the image and make it pop... in many cases, better than the original tour.
Clutter Free
All User Interface elements will be hidden from view (Including blue path line, Mattertags, sweeps, 360 icons, etc.) Dollhouse labels are visible, but can be removed if you prefer (Just mention that you do not want them in the order notes)
All Yours
Once we send the download link, you are free to download the files and post them wherever you like as much as you like, forever! we don't restrict your use of the finished video because it belongs to you and not us. Want to chop it up and add it to your next promo video? great, have at it. Want to broadcast it in Times Square, great! we'd love a pic of it. We've heard from clients who published their MatterVids with the Wall Street Journal, others have given them to news outlets to use as Broll for stories about their MSP business, some have even cut them into local commercials for their clients... the possibilities are endless and we always get excited when we learn the different ways our clients use MatterVids!

YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS
- If you place an order and do not have the tour set to public or do not have a published highlight reel, we will set the project in a hold bin and notify you that it is on a "HLR HOLD OR PUBLISH HOLD" and we will resume capture once you reply to notify us that the issue is resolved.
- The duration of the music track you choose is irrelevant. We will seamlessly remix the track to fit the exact duration of your video file.
- Adding Google Fly-In may delay delivery by up to 2 additional Business Days.
- Are you buying in high volume? Once you have ordered 10 or more regular price MatterVids in the same calendar month, you will be qualified for VIP Volume discounts. Just let us know when you reach that goal and once we confirm, we will send a private discount code to save $8 on every MatterVid you order for the next 6months.
- Effective June 1, 2020: All deliveries will take place Monday through Friday. If you select "Rush Delivery" for an order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be delivered by 5pm on Monday.
- We operate from Tennessee in the US and all delivery times are based on Eastern Timezone and we observe all US holidays.
